Hopeton St. Clair Hibbert Jr. is a classically trained Chef who applies his culinary arts through his business ‘Culinary Arts & Excellence’. A private Chef entity able to cater events from dinner parties to cooking classes and more. Having grown up in the kitchen, graduating Johnson & Whales University and gaining 20+ years experience in quality dinning establishments Hopeton has become a proven Chef who has been at the helm of many of Atlanta’s great restaurants including Eclipse di luna, Atmosphere Bistro and Cigar City Club. Rounding out his experience with a stint at The Viking Cooking School Chef has accomplished a wide range of skills in the culinary world providing the expertise to execute many cultural cuisines.
