Chef Hopeton St. Clair Hibbert Jr. is classically trained and applies his culinary arts through his business ‘Culinary Arts & Excellence’, a private Chef entity able to cater events from dinner parties to cooking classes and more. Having grown up in the kitchen, graduating Johnson & Whales University and gaining 20+ years of experience in quality restaurants, Hopeton has become a proven Chef who has been at the helm of many of Atlanta’s great restaurants including Eclipse di luna, Atmosphere Bistro and Cigar City Club. Rounding out his experience teaching at The Viking Cooking School, Hopeton has accomplished a wide range of skills in the culinary world providing the expertise to execute many cultural cuisines. Some of Hopetons clients have been, Chaka Khan, Christian McBride, Brand New Heavies, Steve Harvey, Jose James and Lalah Hathaway.
