This month’s featured artist is Rachel Rachal. We all were blown away by last month’s artist and you can expect the same in May. Rachel is going to continue on the momentum we have going.

Our 4-course meal, created and prepared by Chef Hopeton Hibbert, for the evening is:

Marinated cucumber with lightly pickled shrimp and tomato

Chilled white grape and almond soup with cumin spiced chicken
Course 3
Duck & ricotta salada crepinette with watercress apricot broth
Course 4
Vanilla & cardamom Goat cheese cake with berry compote
