Serenade Supper Club #2
For SSC #2 we featured artist Alexandra Jackson. She is a singer, songwriter, musician, and arranger. Her style is a great blend of jazz, soul, and funk. We chose Alexandra because she is a great talent who delivered a soulful jazz sound to that edition.
Our menu for the night,created and prepared by Chef Hopeton Hibbert, is:
Grilled eggplant with spicy Italian sausage and mozzarella.
Red Caesar salad with pesto croutons and blackened crab.
Jerked fish with curried cauliflower, potato and spinach.
Rum pound cake with plantain buttercream icing.
